Trout Fishing Information & Photos

Fish for trout in the countless number of back country lakes, ponds & brooks here in Central Newfoundland. Trout fishing can be done by either fly rod or spinning rod. All types of spinners work well on the trout. The average size of the fish is 8" to 18". Fishing can be done by boat/canoe or walking into a (Lake) pond.

Season Dates:   Mid May to the 1st week of September.

Note
1) Group rates available.
2) Fishermen must have a valid fishing license. (Available at local vendor).
3) Guide will clean and package fish for transport if requested.
4) Each fishermen must provide own equipment.
